Sketchabilities 46....Bubbles

Good morning fellow bloggers...
I just have to say that it is sooooo good to be scrapping again!!!! I went 43 long days and did not create a thing. I was in the midst of finishing up the semester and studying for finals and just could not find the time to scrap...and boy was I cranky. I was experiencing severe scrappy withdrawal. Nighttime I would lay in bed with all those awesome scrappy ideas running through my head but when it came time to complete this awesome sketch from Sketchabilities....I drew a blank!

My mojo had dried up! I was almost finished my first attempt but was not liking it at all so this is my second try. Still not loving it but it got the mojo flowing and I completed 2 more sketches on Thursday...first time ever doing 2 layouts in one day!

I used Pink Paislee Enchanting papers and rubons. I did a little sewing, punching, misting, stamping and painting...all the good stuff. Here are a few close-ups.

New DT Reveal At Sketchabilities.

Hi all....it has been so long!!! I have been so busy trying to finish up this crazy semester that I have not scrapped since I scrapped this for Karan on March 13th...how sad is that! But I will soon be done..I finish on the 19th. After that I will be doing just 3 courses instead of the crazy 7 until June 16th and then I will be off for the entire summer....cannot wait!!! I will be scrapping every day. Ok....here is Karan`s gorgeous sketch from the awesome Sketchabilities

 And here is my take:

I am still using those gorgeous papers from K and Company Susan Winger. I did some punching and lots of sewing...I LOVE my new machine!I cut the butterflies from the paper and coated with glossy accents and stickles.

I used my heartfelt creations stamp for the leaves and bits of twine and a few berries.
